ASA to Host Webinar on Automotive Safety Inspections, New Safety Technologies
Webinar to Address Importance of Programs to Consumers and the Industry
WASHINGTON, D.C., September 16, 2016 – On Sept. 27, the Automotive Service Association (ASA) will hold a webinar on periodic motor vehicle safety inspection programs and new safety technologies. The webinar will include presentations from:
- Doug Campbell, president, Automotive Safety Council, a leading organization in automotive public safety education and standards development
- Rep. Madeleine Dean, PA-153, sponsor of PA House Bill 2297, a bill to tie recall notifications to safety inspections
- Taylor Hill, independent shop manager and vehicle inspection specialist
