Join the Lincoln area for the first of 2018’s ASA-Midwest training events!
This three part discussion will highlight the training policies currently in place at your shop, Leadership Resource training options, and the Lincoln chapter’s 2018 training line-up.
Part 1: Do you have a training policy in your shop? Do you provide incentives to your employees to attend training? Do you require your staff to complete a certain number of training hours each year? How do they report back after attending training to share ideas? Be part of this discussion as we talk about how to implement a training policy and make sure you get the most out of the training you and your team are attending!
Part 2: We are working with Leadership Resources to bring our Lincoln chapter a 2-3 part seminar that covers time management, organization, and prioritization of work duties. We need your and want your input to customize our message! This training will provide a number of diverse topics that we need your help choosing.
