CARS (The Congress of Automotive Repair and Service) is The Automotive Service Association’s (ASA) education initiative for service repair specialists.Click here for the agenda.
For 2017 the ASA will present two different CARS events. The first one will take place May 18-20 in Detroit, Michigan and is primarily focused on the technical aspects of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and a technical version of our Advance Vehicle Technology Forum to open the event on May 18th. ASA feels that bringing engineering level training on this topic is critical to arm technicians with the skills necessary and the awareness of these systems. You will find more information on this site under Connected CARS.
In November CARS will be part of the AAPEX show in Las Vegas. This event will contain ASA’s very successful Telematics and Technology Forum now renamed the Advanced Vehicle Technology Forum and an entire day of education and discussion of key topics that are affecting service repair shops. This event is aimed at all employees, owners and managers and promises some very exciting and novel interactive learning with the AAPEX show and vendors.
